Multi-Family Investing
-
What is It?
A multi-family property can be considered any residential property that contains more than one housing unit. Duplexes, townhomes, apartment complexes, and condominiums are common examples of multi-family properties.
-
Why use it?
Multi-family rentals are typically easier to finance, compound returns faster and benefit from economies of scale. Rental properties are the preferred investment strategy for investors wanting monthly income and steady appreciation in the value of their portfolio.

Why Now?
Don’t you wish you could have gotten into the real estate market 2 years ago? 5 years ago? 10 years ago? There is no time better than the present to invest in your future. As they say, its not about timing the market, its about time in the market.
